Christ Became A Curse For Us - Isaiah 53:1-6

Cursed is anyone who is hanged on a tree. This is what the Lord Jesus became on behalf of His people. When He was nailed to the Cross He became the curse that had His people separated from God, and in His substitutionary death those who come to faith in Christ now have peace with God. It is an overwhelming truth to meditate upon that Christ took the wrath that I deserve.
